Obituary	Sadie Shaw Memorial services for Mrs. Frank Shaw were held on Thursday afternoon,at the Shaw residence on Linco1n street, and was largely attended by the many friends and relatives of the family. Mrs. Shaw was a member of the well-known organization, Crystal Temple, Pythian Sisters, and was a devoted worker for the interests of this society. Many floral offerings were eloquent testimonials of the esteem and affection in which Mrs. Shaw was held in this community. The relatives have the sincere sympathy of many people in this sorrow. (1-16-1913, p.8) Sadie L. Shaw, wife of J. Frank Shaw, died at her home in Dexter on Dec. 23, at the age of 33 years, nine months and ten days. Mrs. Shaw was a member of the Congregational church and the Pythian Sisterhood. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary J. Arnold, her husband, Frank Shaw, and two brothers, J. H. and W. B. Arnold Mrs. Shaw lived in Dexter all her life and had a very large circle of friends and acquaintances, who, with her family, mourn her death.
