Obituary
Arthur Farrar Arthur Farrar, practically a life-long resident of this town, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. C. P. Morgridge, Maple street, last Thursday afternoon, after an illness of long dur- ation, during which time he was a sufferer from Bright's disease. For several years he was employed at the Kerby confectionery store and won for himself many friends. Failing health compelled him to sever his connection with the Kerby establishment and he obtained employment on a large farm near town, where he remained until the advanced stages of the disease. Mr. Farrar was born in Dexter and had he lived until October 26, 1917, would have been 47 years of age. He was a genial man, thoughtful of those whom he served. He was the son of the late Thomas Farrar and Abbie Additon Farrar. He leaves to mourn his loss two sisters, Mrs. C. F. Morgridge and Mrs. Ruel Gilman, and a brother, Albert H. Farrar of Massachusetts, who have the sympathy of their many friends in their sorrow.
