Obituary	FORREST L. JOHNSON Funeral services for Forrest L. Johnson, 70, of Garland, who died April 18 at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home after a long illness, were held Saturday afternoon at the Crosby Funeral Home. The Rev. A. Allan Brough, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officated. Bearers were: E. J. Peavey, Richard Dancer, Garland; Harold Aery and Nathan Pease, Dexter. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Mr. Johnson was born March 13, 1881, in Dexter, the son of Charles F. and Flora Jumper Johnson. He was employed for many years in the repair shop at the Amos Abbott mill. Eleven years ago the family moved to Garland. He is survived by his wife, Fronie Carr Johnson; six sons, Ernest and Floyd of Dexter, Raymond of Milo, Clarence, M 2/c USN, Norfolk, Va., Frank and Weldon of Garland; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Fish of Dexter, and Mrs. Winifred Anderson of Guilford; one brother, Harry Johnson, Dexter; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Brown and Mrs. Minnie Bryant, both of Dexter, and seven grandchildren.
