Obituary	Mrs. Walter B. Gould of Dexter has received a communication stating of the passing away of her brother, F. H. Shaw, a former Dexter man, but for many years a prominent lumberman and resident of the West. He was well known in Minneapolis and at one time was the owner of the Backus- Brooks sawmill. Mr. Shaw's health has been gradually failing for the past four years and this coupled with heart trouble hastened the end. Mr. Shaw was eighty years old and a native of Dexter. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. George Smith, of Escanaba, Mich., also three grandchildren, a brother, William H. Shaw, and a sister, Mrs. Walter B. Gould, the latter of Dexter, who have the sympathy of Dexter friends in this sorrow.
