MRS. EDMUND S. BURSLEY Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Bursley, 83, widow of Edmund S. Bursley of Dexter, were held in Milo at 2 p. m. Monday afternoon. The body was brought to Dexter and placed in the tomb to await burial this spring at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Mrs. Bursley, a resident of Dexter for many years, died March 9 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Laura Dillon, Milo, where she had been spending the winter. She was ill only a short time. Surviving besides her daughter, are a son, Oveid B. Packard, Howland; four grandchildren; a brother, John H. Brown, Greenville; two half-sisters, Mrs. Clarence Dunbar, Richmond, and Mrs. Emily Bushey, Waterville, several nieces and nephews. The Eastern Gazette 3-15-1951, p.2 MRS. MARY B. BURSLEY Mrs. Mary Ellen Bursley, 83, widow of Edmund S. Bursley of Dexter, died Friday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Laura Dillon, Milo, where she was spending the winter. She had been ill only a short time. Services were conducted at the Keniston funeral home in Milo, Monday afternoon with the Rev. Richard Bird, pastor of the Guilford Universalist Church, officiating. The remains were placed in the Dexter receiving vault to await spring burial in Mount Pleasant cemetery. The bearers were the two grandsons, Verle Packard and Wayne Packard; two nephews, Harold Brown and Milton Dunbar, a son-in-law, Walter E. Dillon, and Frank Keniston. Those from out-of-town to attend the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Oveid B. Packard, Wayne, Verle, Joyce and Carol Packard, Howland; Mrs. Grace Packard of Storrs, Conn.; Mrs. A. C. Bushey, Waterville; Mrs. Clarence Dunbar, Mrs. Cora Guptill, Richmond; John H. Brown, Milton Dunbar of Greenville; William J. Butler, Dover-Foxcroft; Harold Brown of Bangor; Rev. and Mrs. Richard Bird, Guilford. Surviving besides her daughter, are a son, Oveid B. Packard; four grandchildren, Wayne, Verle, Joyce and Carol Packard of Howland; a brother, John H.
