Obituary	Mrs. Annie Patterson Scott Mrs. Annie Patterson Scott, widow of the late Walter Scott of this town, died Monday, afternoon at her home on Free street, after an illness of several weeks. Mrs. Scott was born in Lawrence, Mass., in 1854, and had been a resident of this town about 50 years. Her husband died in the west several years ago. The deceased had two sons, Charles, who died during the Spanish-American war and Walter Scott of British Columbia, also, a daughter, Mrs. Catherine Scott Tibbetts of Vanceboro. She is also survived by two brothers, John C. and Robert C. Paterson of St. Paul, Minn. She was a woman who had many friends and whose death is deeply regretted. Funeral services were held from the home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. S. G. Spear, pastor of the Universalist church officiating.
