Obituary
Mrs. Joseph Ganeau Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ganeau were grieved Saturday afternoon to learn of the sudden and entitirely unexpected passing away of Mrs. Ganeau at her home. Mrs. Ganeau had not enjoyed good health during the past three months, but on Saturday was apparently feeling as well as usual, enjoyed dinner with the family, her passing away taking place within a brief time after the conclusion of the noon day meal, and was caused by a shock. Mrs. Ganeau was born in Waterville and in early life she was united in marriage to Joseph Ganeau, the couple immediately coming to Dexter to reside. Both husband and wife were communicants of St. Ann's Catholic church and devoted to the interests of that denomination, and the family is one of the best known of the Catholic families in this town. Mrs. Ganeau was highly esteemed by the many people privileged to possess her friend-ship, and she will be greatly missed not only in the home circle, but also by friends. She leaves a husband, Joseph Ganeau, and a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Clukey. Her age was 59 years. Funeral services were held Tuesday.
