Obituary	Death From Scarlet Fever Alice, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Floyd, passed away today about noon, after having suffered from scarlet fever for the past two weeks. Thrreweeks ago her sister, Marion, who was employed as a waitress at one of the Ricker Hotels in Poland, same home sick with what the Ricker family physician diagnosed as rheumatic fever. After her arrival home it developed that she had scarlet instead of rheumatic fever. In a week after her sister arrived home Alice was stricken down with the same disease and from the first she has been a very sick child. Three others of the family have also contracted the disease but are recovering. The heart felt sympathy of the entire community goes out to the sorrowing family in their hour of trouble.
