Obituary	Mrs. J. B. Parkman Mrs. J. B. Parkman passed away Tuesday morning at her home on Upper Main street, after an illness of only three days duration, having suffered a shock Saturday morning from which she did not regain consciousness before her death. She was born in Dexter almost seventy-five years ago and has lived the greater part of her life in this town where she had a host of friends and acquaintances to regret her death. She was a woman of character and high ideals and held the affection of all her acquaintances. She was a valued member of Dexter Grange and was interested in the First Baptist church. Mrs. Parkman leaves besides the husband, three children, all residents of Dexter, also one brother and one sister, who have the sympathy of the community. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at half past one o'clock, Rev. G. C. Sauer of the First Baptist church officiating. Interment will be made at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
