MRS. RALPH PEARL Funeral services for Mrs. Vera Pearl, 47, wife of Ralph Pearl, Russ street, who died Monday at a Bangor hospital following surgery 10 days ago will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. at the Crosby Funeral Home with the Rev. A. Allan Brough of the First Baptist Church officiating. The body will be placed in the Mt. Pleasant receiving tomb. Bearers will be Harry Thurston, Clarence Bates, Leon and George Pearl, all of Dexter. Mrs. Pearl was born in Sangerville, June 26, 1903, daughter of Arthur and Minnie Garland Page. She moved to Dexter when a child, attended the local schools, and spent the greater part of her life here. She was a member of the junior Farm Bureau. Other than her husband she is survived by a son, Burnard, who is stationed at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, and resides in Albuquerque, N. M., with his wife; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Page, Dexter; and two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Warden, Bronx, N. Y., Mrs. Barbara Scharmer, East Longmeadow, Mass.
