Obituary	Mrs. Elizabeth Gee Mrs. Elizabeth J. B. Gee, wife of Frank C. Gee, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Stella Jacobs, at six o'clock, Wednesday morning. She had been in poor health for about a year, but some two years previous to her death she suffered a stroke of paralysis from which she never rallied. Mrs. Gee was born October 31, 1844, Newcastle and October 8, 1863, was united in marriage to Frank C. Gee in Somerville, Mass. She was the mother of ten children, four of whom, died in infancy, one later, the other, five, Mrs. Flora Katen of Dexter, Mrs. Stella Jacobs of Pittsfield, Mrs. Frances Foley of Bradford, Mrs. Daisy Arnold of Dexter and Winthrop F. Gee of Old Town, all were present when the end came. The deceased is a member of Bethlehem Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Pittsfield grange, No. 102, Pomona grange and a member of the Pleasant Neighbor's Club, East Dexter. Mr. and Mrs. Gee came to Pittsfield from Dexter about four years ago to make their home with their daughter, Mrs. Stella Jacobs, and have made many friends here. Fifty-two years ago they were married and have spent a most congenial and helpful wedded life. Besides raising her family Mrs. Gee spent twenty-five years in the mill as a weaver. This husband who is left, appreciates her labors of life, and he will miss her in his advancing years. He has the sympathy of the entire community. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. Alfred Wright officiating. The remains were taken to Dexter and interment was made in Mount Pleasant cemetery.
