Obituary	George Odell George Odell died in Dexter, April 20th, after a short illness following a paralytic shock. The deceased was 57 years, 4 months, 20 days of age. Besides a large circle of friends, he leaves a wife, two daughters, one son, two stepsons, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers to mourn the loss of a kind and loving husband, father and brother. Funeral services were held Tuesday forenoon at 10 o'clock, Rev. G. C. Sauer officiating. He sleeps, our father dear in sweet repose, 'Neatli earth's cold clod; Secure from pain or woe. His spirit returned to God. Though tears will fall and sighs the bosom swell, Yet let him rest. God called him home to fairer, purer scenes, He knew 'twas best. We had to say farewell to him, On earth to see no more, Until we see his loving face On that bright and happy shore.
