Obituary	Mrs. Jane Duxbury The many friends of Mrs. Jane Duxbury, widow of the late Christopher Duxbury, were shocked to learn of her death, which occurred at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Lincoln Saturday. Mrs. Duxbury had been enjoying her usual health until several days ago, when she was taken ill and the end came suddenly. She was born in Blackburn, England, and she was at the time of her death 77, years of age. Her family on coming to this country first settled in Massachusetts, later coming to Maine and she has resided in Dexter for the past 35 years. Mrs. Duxbury was a member of the Episcopal church, in which she was an earnest worker. She is survived by two daughters Mrs. Forrest Lincoln, with whom she has made her home for many years past, and Mrs. Mary Goodale of Blanchard. Funeral services were held Tuesday forenoon at 10 o’clock with Rev. Edward Hand of Bangor officiating.
