Obituary	Wesley H. Judkins The death of Wesley H. Judkins, an old and respected resident of Dexter, occurred at the home of his sister, Mrs. C. M. Foss, on Maple street yesterday afternoon. Mr. Judkins had been suffering for a few days from pneumonia and grew rapidly worse towards the end. He was born in the town of Monmouth 76 years ago and had been a resident of Dexter for nearly forty years. In early life for a number of years he was employed as a bookkeeper in Portland. After coming to Dexter he engaged in the boot and shoe business in the store now oc- cuppied by Geo. L. Morrison. Later he purchased the insurance business of the late H. C. Parsons and has since been continuously engaged in that line of business. His wife dying several years ago, he has since lived at the home of Dr. and Mrs. C. M. Foss. Mr. Judkins has held various offices of trust in town and for several years was treasurer of the Dexter Savings bank before its consolidation with the Dexter Trust and Banking Co. He was a member of the various Masonic bodies in town as well as Knights Templar and Shrine. He was also a member of Plymouth lodge, I. 0. 0. F. Funeral services will be held at the Foss home Friday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. Burial will be in the family lot in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
