Obituary
Mrs. Caroline Mason Mrs. Caroline, widow of the late Jacob Mason, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edgerly, Brockway's Mills, on Monday at 6.30 a. m. She survived her husband one day less than three weeks. Mrs. Mason had been in poor health for a number of years, but was not considered dangerously ill. Sunday she was dressed and Monday morning ate her breakfast as usual, but in a short time she called to her daughter who was in the next room. When they got to her she was dying. It is thought that the death of her husband was such a shock to her in her weak con- dition, was the cause of her passing away so soon after he did. Mrs. Mason was 68 years, 1 month and 6 days old. The funeral was held from the home Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock, Rev. E. M. Trafton of the Dexter Free Baptist church officiating. The interment was made in the French's Mills cemetery.
