Obituary
Robert A. Anderson Robert A. Anderson of this town, died very suddenly late Friday afternoon, from heart disease. Anderson was assisting in carrying a cot bed from the rooms of W. L. Davis in the Dustin block to the street, when he complained of not feeling well and shortly after dropped forward, expiring immediately. Mr. Anderson was a native of the town of Sangerville, where he was born Dec. 3, 1862. Much of his life has been spent in that town and several years ago he moved to this town. For the past few years he has been the proprietor of a public carriage business being much liked and respected. Besides a widow, Mrs. Annie L. Anderson, he is survived, by one son, Hiram L. Anderson, of Waterville. Funeral services were conducted from the home on Spring street Saturday afternoon, Rev. B. F. McIntire, pastor of the Universalist church, officiating. The bearers were William S. Gould, Frank W. Haines, Ernest D. Blaisdell and Harry W. Brawn. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
