Hold Funeral Rites For Guy H. Hall Funeral services for Guy H. Hall, 46, who died Sunday morning in a Boston hospital, were held Wednesday afternoon at the First Universalist Church with the pastor, the Rev. Theodore A. Webb officiating. Penobscot Lodge No. 39, A. F. and A. M., and Wassookeag Chapt., No. 44, 0. E. S., attended and Masonic services were conducted. Bearers were: Harry Dore, Robert Skillin, Harold Hatch, Marvin Salisbury, all of Dexter; Philip Additon of Ripley and John Demeritt of Dover-Fox croft. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery. He was born in Dexter, July 26, 1903, son of George H. and Wealthea (Katen) Hall. He received his education in the local schools and graduated from N. H. Fay High School. Following his graduation from Northeastern University, Boston, he entered the employ of the State Highway commission as a civil engineer and remained with them 25 years. At the time of his death he was associated with his father as vice president of George H. Hall and Son, operating a canning factory were, also a real estate and insurance business. He has served as a selectman of Dexter, as a member of the finance board and the Republican town committee. He was a candidate this year for representative to the Legislature. A very interested and active committeeman of Cub Pack 75, he also was a 32nd degree Mason and a charter member of the Dexter Kiwanis club. Surviving are his parents; his wife, Myrtle (Luce) Hall; and a son, Lawrence, all of Dexter.
