Obituary
Mrs. William Jackson Funeral services for Mrs. William Jackson, whose death occurred in a Boston hospital a few days ago, from pneumonia, were held Saturday afternoon at two o clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Jackson, Main street. Rev. B. F. McIntire of the First Universalist church offici- ated and the body was placed in the receiving tomb at Mt. Pleasant until spring when interment will be made in the Jackson family lot. Mrs. Jackson was taken suddenly ill at her home in Boston, while Mr. Jackson was away on a business trip. She was taken to one of the Boston hospitals to be cared for but passed away thirty-six hours after her husband returned to be with her. Mr. Jackson accompanied the remains to Dexter, Wednesday evening. The parents of the deceased arrived Friday evening from their home in Cape Breton, N. S. Mrs. Jacksons age was about thirty-four years.
