Obituary	Franklin Lawry The many friends of Franklin Lawry will be grieved to hear of his death which occurred at his home on Spring street at noon Friday, at the age of 78 years, 4 months and 18 days. The deceased was a veteran of the Civil war and a native of Charleston, coming here to make his home about four years ago. He leaves to mourn his death, his widow, formerly Mrs. Anna Frost of this town, one daughter, Mrs. Alice Packard, two sons, Ralph of Charleston and Herbert of Millbury, Mass. Funeral services were held at his late home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. E. M. Trafton of the Free Baptist church officiating. The remains were placed in the tomb, awaiting interment at Charleston.
