Obituary	Death of Mrs. G. W. Bradford The death of Mrs. Jennie M. Bradford, occurred last Thursday evening at 10 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nellie C. Penley, on Cedar street. Mrs. Bradford was 62 years of age and was ill only six weeks. She was a native of Newport but formerly resided for a time in this town. She was on a visit to her daughter here when taken ill. She is survived by her husband, G. W. Bradford, of Newport,. a son, C. W. Bradford of Albany, N. Y., and a daughter, Mrs. Warren Penley of this town. Private funeral services were conducted from the Penley home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. J. W. Reynolds of Newport officiating. Several solos were rendered by Ellsbury Stevens of Newport. The pallbearers were Hon. Charles Smith, Judson E. Oakes. Henry F. Tilton and William M. Stuart, all of Newport. Interment was in the Penley lot in Mount Pleasant cemetery.
