Obituary
Sandy Morrill Sandy Morrill died Saturday following an operation for appendicitis. The case was an emergency one and Mr. Morrill's condition was such that he failed gradually until death came. The deceased was a well known farmer and a good citizen. For several years he has been residing on the Batchelder farm above Lake Wassookeag. The death of Mr. Morrill came as a great shock to his friends and his widow and several children have universal sympathy in their bereavement. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Methodist Episcopal church, Rev. F. Ernest Smith officiated and Plymouth lodge of Odd Fellows of which the deceased was a member, conducted the service. Solos were sung by Mrs. Lelia Winslow. The bearers were four members of Plymouth lodge. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant.
