Obituary	Gideon Dexter Gideon Dexter passed away at his home in Sangerville August 16 after a brief illness. The deceased was born in Orneville, Sept. 3, 1844. He came to Dexter when a young man and married Susan Carsley of Sangerville, who died some four years ago. He is survived by a son, Henry, P. Dexter, of Abbot and a grandson, Elmer Dexter, who lived with him, also two brothers, Henry P. Dexter of Dexter, and Frank Dexter of Fair-field. He was a member of the Baptist church and also of Dexter Grange.
