Obituary
Gustave J. Weymouth Gustave J. Weymouth died at his home on Maple street Friday afternoon after a short illness from pneumonia. Mr. Weymouth's death came as a great shock to his many friends, the majority of whom, were unaware, that he was seriously ill. The deceased has been a resident of this town for many years and was a well known carpenter and builder. He was a citizen who was held in the highest esteem by a large circle of friends who sympathize with the family in its bereavement. Besides a widow he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Rollins of this town and Mrs. Blanche Levenseller of Portland; also by a sister, Mrs. Lydia Jackson of Dexter. The deceased was a member of Plymouth lodge of Odd Fellows. Funeral services were held from the home on Maple street Monday afternoon, at 1:30 o'clock, Rev. William H. Gould of Livermore Falls, formerly pastor of the First Universalist church, officiating. The services were attended by many neighbors and friends of the deceased. The bearers were Messrs. R. L. Killman, P. A. Hasty, Alba J. French, Wilson P. Hamilton, Charles H. Hayden and Henry P. Dexter. Interment was at Mount Pleasant cemetery.
