Obituary	Mrs. Sarah P. Winslow Mrs. Sarah P. Winslow of this town died Sunday at the advanced age of 91 years, after a week's illness. She was the widow of the late Samuel R. Winslow of this town. Mrs. Winslow was born in Ripley, April 26, 1832, the daughter of Richard Y. and Sarah Thompson Lane. She was one of a family of ten children of which only one sister survives, Mrs. George R. Sampson of Ripley. She was united in marriage, Nov. 26, 1854, to Samuel R. Winslow of this town by whom she had seven children, six of whom are now living. Waldo R. Winslow of Dexter, Mrs. Mary L. Goodhue of Fort Fairfield, Mrs. H. W. Trafton of Augusta, Mrs. Annie Murphy of this town, Dr. John B. Winslow of Westbrook and Miss Sara P. Winslow of this town. Mrs. Winslow was a woman, who maintained wonderful mental and physical faculties for her advanced age and only a week ago was able to leave her home on Zion's hill, and visit her granddaughter, Mrs. Charles H. Ansell on Spring street. She was a faithful member of the First Universalist church for many years, a devoted mother and a neighbor long to be remembered. The family has the deep sympathy of the community in its bereavement. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home, where Mrs. Winslow has lived ever since her marriage.
