Obituary	Mrs. George L. Morrison The death of Mrs. George L. Morrison occurred at her home on Spring street Friday forenoon, coming as a great shock to family and friends who realized her poor health but who did not anticipate her passing at this time. Mrs. Morrison has been a resident of this town for many years where Mr. Morrison was, for a long time engaged in the retail dry goods business. She was a woman who had a large circle of friends who held for her the highest of esteem and respect. Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Misses Margaret and Marion Morrison and Mrs. Agnes Safford. Funeral services were held from the home on Spring street, Monday morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. F. Ernest Smith, pastor of the Methodist church officiating. The services were attended by many friends and neighbors of the deceased. There was a profusion of beautiful floral offerings which bore silent evidence of the esteem in which the deceased was held. The bearers were the near neighbors of the family, William Boyd, Wilson P. Hamilton, William S. Gould and Walace Swanton. Mrs. Morrison was 71 years of age and her death followed an illness of three months. The family has the sincere sympathy of a large circle of friends in its bereavement.
