Obituary	Mrs. William Thompson The death of Mrs. Ellen N. Thompson, wife of William Thompson occurred at her home on the Dover Road Friday night after an illness of six months from heart disease. Mrs. Thompson was born in Ashland, Pa., 73 years ago and has been a resident of Dexter since 1875. For 35 years she was a member of Martha Washington Rebekah lodge of this town, and for many years a regular attendant at the local Universalist church. Besides her husband, the deceased is survived by one son, Arthur Thompson, of Brewer; a stepson, Bernard Thompson, of Brewer, a stepdaughter, Mrs. Adelbert Rose of Augusta; a grand-daughter, Miss Jean Thompson, of Brewer; two step-granddaughters, Mrs. Carroll Harrington and Mrs. Georgia Bennett, of this town; a nephew, N. H. Jones of York Beach and a niece, Mrs. Bessie Robertson of Ashland. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home, Rev. William Garner of the Universalist church officiating. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
