Obituary	RICHARD DEAN McKUSICK, JR. Richard Dean McKusick, Jr., infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard D. McKusick of Orono, died Tuesday morning at a Bangor hospital following surgery. Services were held this afternoon at Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft. He was born in Bangor on Sept. 2. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Elridge of Dover-Foxcroft, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph McKusick of Dexter.
