Obituary	Stanley Bennett The many friends of Stanley Thomas Bennett were sorry to learn of his death, which occurred Sunday evening at his home in this town, after a long illness. Mr. Bennett received in injury when he was 8 years old that he never fully recovered from. He underwent an operation at the Plummer Memorial Hospital March 11, and since that date has been confined to his bed. The deceased was the son of Mrs. Ida M. Bennett of this town and was born in Dexter, October 8, 1906. Mr. Bennett attended Dexter High school, a member of the class of 1927, but after one year ill health forced him to leave. Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday afternoon at 1.30 o'clock, Rev. D. P. Pelley of the Methodist Epescopal church officiating. The deceased is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ida Bennett, four brothers, Wilson, Everett and Waldo Bennett, all of Dexter and Wayland Bennett of Rockwood; three sisters, Miss Pauline Bennett of Dexter, Mrs. Hazel Welch of Lynn, Mass., and Mrs. Marion Green of Revere, Mass. The four brothers acted as bearers.
