Obituary	James Dodge, 54, died Tuesday evening at the local hospital after a brief illness. The Rev. A. Allan Brough, pastor of the First Baptist Church, conducted funeral services this afternoon (Thursday) at the Crosby funeral home. Remains were placed in the receiving tomb for the present. He was born at Seal Harbor, son of William H. and Clarey Dodge, but had spent the greater part of his life in Dexter. he had been living at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Gilbert. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Olive Irving of Dover-Foxcroft and two brothers, Mahem and Wilford Dodge of New York.
