Obituary	Mrs. Katherine Rivard The many friends of Mrs. Rivard were sorry to learn of her death, which occurred Monday morning at her rooms in the Ireland block. Mrs. Rivard had recovered from an attack of la grippe, but developed rheumatism which caused her death. The deceased was born in Boston 62 years ago, and came to Dexter about fourteen years ago with her husband, Frank Rivard, who passed away several years ago. Mrs. Rivard was a woman of sterling character and made friends wherever she went. Mrs. Rivard's remains were taken after her death to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clukey on Zion's Hill. As far as can be learned she has no relatives. Funeral services were conducted from St. Ann's church Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock, Rev. T. C. Maney officiating.
