Obituary	LEONA M. (SEAVEY) BRAWN DEXTER - Leona M. (Seavey) "Nanny" Brawn 86, widow of the late Norman A. Brawn died December 27, 1994 at a Dexter Nursing Home. She was born September 8, 1908 in Exeter, daughter of James and Charlotte (Howard) Seavey. She was a member of the Ripley Grange; the Ripley Ladies Aide, Ripley Extension, Ripley Craft Class, Ripley Christmas Carole Club, the Wassookeag Chapter of the OBS and the Jolly Circle. She is survived by a daughter, Norma Robinson of Dexter; 3 brothers, Calvin "Kelly" Seavey of Corinna, Leon Seavey of Berwick and William Seavey of Holyoke, MA; 3 sisters, Amber Hutchins and Myrtle Knowles of Dexter and Barbara Sanders of Canaan; 2 grandchildren, David Robinson of Dexter and Rhonda Robinson of Bingham; 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Friends called December 28 at the Crosby and Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. Funeral services were held December 29 at the Ripley United Methodist Church in Ripley with Rev. Neil Gastonguay officiating. Spring burial will be in the Corinna Center Cemetery.
