Obituary	GENEVA (GOULETTE) SHAUGHNESSY DEXTER - Geneva Shaughnessy died at the Norwood Hospital in Norwood, MA. on September 2 at 78 years of age. Born in Dexter, ME., Mrs. Shaughnessy has been a Needham, MA. resident for the past 45 years. Geneva was the wife of Ted Shaughnessy and mother of Susan Geary of Woburn, Ted Shaughnessy of Needham, Mary Shaughnessy of Hudson and Bill Shaughnessy of Needham. Mrs. Shaughnessy is also survived by two sisters, Cecilia Doyon of Dexter, ME. and Albertina Courtney of Yarmouth, ME. and also her grandchildren, Denise Geneva and Kimberly Landry, Jennifer and James Shaughnessy and Cherie Geary. Mrs. Shaughnessy is also survived by one great grandchild. Funeral services were held from the Eaton Funeral home September 6, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Bartholomews Church. Memorials may be made in Geneva's memory to the Greater Boston Food Bank, 99 Atkinson St. Roxbury, MA. 02119. Burial was at St. Mary's Cemetery of Needham, MA.
