Obituary	Mrs. Archie Wedlock Mrs. Alma, wife of Archie Wedlock of this town and Prince Edward Island, passed away Monday at the Plummer Memorial hospital after a short illness. Mrs. Wedlock recently returned from Prince Edward Island, where she had been for four months, and was boarding with her husband at the home of Mrs. Georgia Bennett. Her illness became so serious last week that she was removed to the hospital where everything possible was done for her to no avail. Funeral services were held Wednesday forenoon at 10 o'clock from the Bennett home on Grove street, Rev. Leroy Campbell of the First Baptist church officiating. Mr. Wedlock left Wednesday noon with the remains for Prince Edward Island for burial. Mrs. Wedlock was born in Prince Edward Island 42 years ago and was a graduate nurse from a hospital there. Since coming to Dexter 20 years ago she has done private nursing and for a time conducted a private hospital at her home on Zion's Hill. She was a member of the First Baptist church, of the Woman's Relief Corps and of the Woman's Benefit association of this town. Her many friends here extend their deepest sympathy to the husband who survives her, also the following brothers and sisters: Gordon Dennis, Nelson Dennis, Mrs. Etta Ellis of P. E. I., Mrs. Mary Pike of Brockton, Mass.
