Obituary	Mrs. Sarah Sawtelle Funeral services for the late Mrs. Sarah Sawtelle were held Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Sawtelle home on the Ridge road. Mrs. Sawtelle, the grand old lady of 100 years of age, who so recently celebrated her centennial by receiving her friends, suffered a shock about ten days ago, and passed away Saturday afternoon. Rev. J. L. Sanders of the Free Baptist church officiated at the services, and there was no music, but many beautiful floral offerings. The bearers were her four grandsons, Clifford, Charles, Earl and Lloyd Sawtelle. Burial was at the cemetery in Corinna. She is survived by her son, Fred Sawtelle, and a daughter, Miss Hannah Sawtelle, with whom she lived. She was born in Jackson, but since her marriage to Solornon Sawtelle of Dexter, she has lived here for 81 years in one house. She will be sadly missed by her many friends.
