Obituary	MRS. JUSTIN BATES Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Crosby Funeral Home for Mrs. Grace Ordway Bates, 67, who died Monday at the local hospital after a few days' illness. Rev. Theodore A. Webb of the First Universalist Church officiated and spring burial will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery. She was born in Sangerville, Oct. 27, 1882, the daughter of Albert and Cora (Curtis) Ordway. She came to Dexter 31 years ago. A member of the First Universalist Church of Dexter, she was also a member of the U. F. Club and a former member of the Sunshine Club. Besides her husband, Justin, she is survived by one son, Clarence, and seven grandchildren, one of whom, Margaret, has made her home with her grandparents.
