Obituary	Mrs. Amelia Gilbert Friends of Mrs. Amelia Page Gilbert, widow of the late Walter Gilbert will be sorry to learn of her death which occurred last Thursday night at her home on Lower Main street, after several months of failing health. She was born in Dexter 84 years ago and has always made her home here, where she has endeared herself to all who knew her. She was an attendant of the First Universalist church. The deceased is survived by one son, Dr. Walter Gilbert of Calais and by three nephews, Almon R., Frank and Jerry Page, of Dexter. Funeral services were held Saturday morning at her late home on Lower Main street Rev. William J. Metz, pastor of the First Universalist church officiating. The bearers were Walter Hill, Frank Worthn, Edgar Page and Will Robinson. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
