Obituary	Clarence Higgins Clarence Higgins passed to the higher life about 5 o'clock Monday night at his home on Free street. His health began failing about 6 years ago, while be was still living on the farm in Corinna. Coming to Dexter, he bought the Dr. Thatcher home, where he has since resided with his wife and elder daughter, Miss Linnie Higgins. For years he has been a member and valued worker in the First Baptist church of this town, for which he has held many responsible positions. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. May (Mower) Higgins, and two daughters, Miss Linnie Higgins, living at home, and Mrs. Angie Percival, who lives on the old home place in Corinna, also by two grandchildren. Funeral services were held this morning from the First Baptist church.
