Obituary	Mrs. Lydia Pearl Mrs. Lydia Pearl, wife of Fred Pearl, passed away suddenly Wednesday night, Aug. 27th, at their home in West Ripley. She was born in Jefferson, N. H., 72 years ago and lived most of her life in Dexter, going to Ripley about three years ago. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. B. J. Daigle, of Boston, and Mrs. J. H. Raynor, of this town; two brothers, Adelbert Jewett, of Dexter and Edgar Jewett, of Charham, Mass., and three sisters, Mrs. Etta Felker, of Ripley; Mrs. Vesta Sherman of Damariscotta and Mrs. Robert Dunbar, of Portland. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the Methodist church in Ripley, Rev. A. J. Hamilton officiating.
