Obituary	Dr. Pearl R. Copeland On July 27th, Dr. Pearl Raymond Copeland of Hyde Park, Mass., passed away at his summer home in Franklin, Mass. Funeral services were held in the First Congregational church in Hyde Park, on July 30th. The large attendance and profusion of beautiful floral tributes were evidence of the love and esteem of the wide circle of friends which he enjoyed. Interment was in Fairview cemetery. Dr. Copeland was born in Dexter, 61 years ago and was a descendent of Raymond Copeland, one of the town's first settlers. He attended Dexter High school and later graduated from Boston Dental College. For 37 years he practiced dentistry in Hyde Park. He was a member of the Hyde Park Masonic order, Knights of Pythias and lodge of Odd Fellows. Dr. Copeland leaves a widow and two sons, Dr. Raymond M. and John L. Copeland of Hyde Park, a brother, Willis M. Copeland, of Everett, Mass. and two cousins, Miss Alice F. Copeland of Dexter, and Mrs. W. H. Mitchell, of Newport.
