Obituary	Mrs. Maple Hutchins Strout, 55, died at her home on Railroad avenue Monday evening after several years failing health. Funeral services were held at the home Thursday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. T. A. Webb of the Universalist Church officiating. Bearers were: Hadley Hopkins, John Arno, Nathan Towle and John Knowles. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery. She was born in North Dexter, March 26, 1893, the daughter of Harry and Edith Larrabee Hutchins and had lived the greater part of her life in this town. She attended Dexter schools and taught for several years in Dexter and Ripley. Over a period of years she was employed at the local the telephone exchange. She was a member of Wassookeag Chapter, 0. E. S., the Eastern Star Club and Dexter Grange. Survivors are her husband, Selden Strout; a daughter, Mrs. Thurley Strout of Dexter; a brother, Hugh Hutchins; two grandchildren, Barry and Bruce Strout; a nephew, Rodney Hutchins and a niece, Miss Marilyn Hutchins, all of Dexter.
