Obituary	Mrs. Guy S. Sawyer Funeral services for Mrs. Guy S. Sawyer, 24, of Garland will be held from the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Dudley, on Park street, Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock, Rev. William J. Metz officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at Evergreen cemetery in Garland. Mrs. Sawyer was born in Newport, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Dudley. She had, however, passed the greater part of her life in and around Dexter, attending the Dexter schools. After her marriage she resided in Garland. She is survived by her husband, Guy S. Sawyer, three children, Charlene, Charles and Irene; her parents and her grandmothers Mrs. Ruth E. Dudley, and one brother, Walter L. Dudley, all of this town. Funeral services for the late Mrs Ruth Dudley Sawyer were held Friday afternoon at 1 o‘clock, from the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dudley on Park street. Rev. William J. Metz of the Universalist church officiated. The bearers were Glen Bugbee, Lawrence and Harl McKusick of Dexter and Stanley Floyd of Garland. The beautiful floral tributes from relatives, friends, neighbors, schoolmates, and Garland Ladies Aid were tokens of love for the deceased. None knew her but to love her. She will be greatly missed in her home.
