Obituary	Arthur Guy Ellingwood, 56, resident of Dexter for 30 years, died at his home on Main street Saturday evening after a prolonged illness. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Crosby's funeral home. The Rev. Morley Durost of the First Baptist church officiated. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery. The bearers were Donald Swan and Rockma Wing both of Dexter, Kenneth Bunker of Clinton and Donald Grant of Pittsfield. He was born In East Corinth. June 4, 1892, son of Arthur and Edith (Mansell) Ellingwood. Besides his wife, Mrs. Ervena Blake Ellingwood, he is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Lois Pearl of Dexter; Mrs. Helen Dostie of Bangor; Mrs. Doris Wing of Dexter; Mrs. Hazel Bunker of Clinton; Mrs. Edith Grant of Pittsfield; Mrs. Ruth Dauphinee of Waterville; one step-daughter, Mrs. Minnie Mason of Augusta; one son, Arthur T. of Haverhill, Mass.; one step-son, Donald Swan of Dexter; three sisters, Mrs. Laura Calder of Rockwood; Mrs. Bessie Duty of Waterville and Mrs. Etrel Spencer of Veazie; three brothers, Lester of Kenduskeag, Ira of Winterport and Leon of Hampden; also several grandchildren.
