Obituary	Sarah J. Lawrence, 80, wife of George H. Lawrence, Corinna, died in Dexter at the Plummer Hosptal Saturday, May 15. She was born in Eastport, January 16, 1868. Her parents were William and Mary (01iver) Brewster. Her early life was spent in Eastport, then Lubec, where she lived until 20 years ago, when she became the wife of George H. Lawrence of East Corinna. Recently she has been in poor health, she has been with her daughter, Mrs. Edgar Page of Dexter. She was a member of the Penteocostal Church, Dexter, where funeral services were held Monday, May 17, with the Rev. Werner Johnson speaking and Mrs. Edna Johnson soloist. She is survived by her husband, George H. Lawrence; two sons, Horace Mathews of Lubec and H. Jones, Corinna; and two daughters, Mrs. Bessie Sprague of Lubec and Mrs. Edgar Page of Dexter; 16 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. The bearers were Manford Page, Eben Page, Fred Sprague and Thomas Curry. Burial was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery, Dexter. Out-of-town people present were Mr. and Mrs. Horace Mathews, Mrs. Bessie Sprague and son, Quentin, of, Lubec, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Curry of Portland, Mr. and Mrs. Harold H. Jones and daughters, Mrs. Mark Brown and Mrs. Avis Brown of East Corinna.
