Obituary	Wm. S. Gould, Sr. The death of William S. Gould, Sr., occurred at his home Friday, having been in impaired health for some time. He was born in Dexter, the son of Robert and Lydia A. Gould and had always lived in thsi town. For 47 years he was in the employ of Fay & Scott, much of that time as fore- man. He was always much interested in community matters, attended the Methodist church and was for many years a member of the choir. He was a member of Penobscot lodge F. and A. M., and Bedivere lodge, Knights of Pythias. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Grace L. Gould, his son, William S. Gould, Jr., and grandchildren, William O., and Helen E. Gould, of Bangor. Funeral services were held in the Methodist church Sunday afternoon and interment in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
