Obituary	Melvin F. Shaw Melvin F. Shaw, 62, died at his home on Mayo street, Dover-Foxcroft Thursday afternoon, Aug., 23 following a brief illness. He was born in Dover, the son of James A. and Clara Grove Shaw, and spent most of his life in Dexter until the last three years, as meat cutter. He was a member of Plymouth Lodge, Odd Fellows. He is survived by his daughter, Mrs. William Cilley, of Dover-Foxcroft, and son, Robert M. Shaw, of Dexter; two brothers, Roland and Lewis Shaw, of Milo. Services were held at the home Sunday at 2 P. M., Rev. Horace H. Hayes of Dexter officiated. Interment was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery, Dexter.
