Obituary	Mrs. Martha A. Frost Many friends and neighbors attended the funeral of Mrs. Martha A. Frost whose death occurred Wednesday at 2 o'clock after only a brief illness. Services were held Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alton Puffer, who tenderly cared for her. Rev. H. H. Hayes of the Free Baptist church officiated. There were many beautiful floral tributes as she was held in high esteem by all. Mrs. Frost was born in Smithfield, the daughter of the late Theodore and Susan Smith. She later moved to Dexter where she has made it her home for the past number of years. She was a member of the Ladies' Social club of her neighborhood in which she was an active member. In her passing, the community loses one of its oldest and most highly respected citizens. Besides her daughter, Mrs. Alton Puffer, she is survived by two sons, Winfield A. and Herbert L. Frost of this town, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Mrs. Frost was a most loyal and true friend and an ever devoted mother. She will be greatly missed by her friends, relatives and neighbors. Interment was in the St. Albans cemetery.
