Obituary	Mrs. Almeda B. Seavey Mrs. Almeda B. Seavey, 74, passed away Tuesday after a few weeks' illness at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Atwater where she has been cared for since shortly after the death of her husband, Fred Seavey, which occurred August 1. Mrs. Seavey was born in Sebec August 26, 1864 and was the daughter of George and Ellen Tripp Goodwin. She came to Dexter from Guilford twenty nine years ago and has made her home here ever since. She leaves three sons, Orville Carr of Sangerville, Russell Carr of Presque Isle. and Dana Carr of Waterville; a sister, Mrs. Grace Moore of Old Town; three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Atwater home this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. Loren Dow of the Methodist church officiating. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
