Obituary	EDWARD C. CURRIER DEXTER – Edward C. Currier, 56, died February 28, 2003 at his home in Dexter. He was born October 24, 1946 in Dexter the son of Clarence and Phyllis (Brideau) Currier. He had served in the U. S. Army at Fort Hood, Texas. In addition to his parents of Dover-Foxcroft, he is survived by his wife of 21 years, Rebecca Currier of Dexter; 8 children, Theresa and husband Gary Porter of New York, Ivy and husband Fred Warman of Greenville, Denise and husband Joe Pride of Monson, Bridget and husband Bill Hall of Sangerville, Erica, Heather, Dwayne and Sheila Currier, all of Dexter; 3 brothers, John Currier of Dover-Foxcroft, Alfred and wife Rachel Currier of Woonsocket, RI, Irving Currier and his life partner Linda Rankin of Stetson; 2 sisters, Gloria and husband Melvin Knowlton of Blanchard, Carolyn and husband Dennis Shaw of Dover-Foxcroft; 7 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, March 5th, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter, with the Rev. Edward Jaworski officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 P.M. until the time of services. Spring burial will be in Pingree Center Cemetery, Parkman.
