Obituary	James W. Worden Funeral services for James W. Worden were held at St. Ann's Catholic church Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock with the Rev. Leonard LeClair officiating. The bearers were Thomas Groleau, Paul Landry, Peter Mountain, Clifford Goulette, Joseph Mountain, Sr. and Leo Perry. Interment was at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Mr. Worden died at his home on Gould Avenue Sunday following an illness of several months. He was born at St. Johnsbury, N. B. January 20, 1873, the son of Isaac and May Thorn Worden. He has been a resident of this town for many years and was employed in the mill of George Park Manufacturing Company, until ill health caused him to give up his work. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Agnes Worden, four sons, Willett of North Vassalboro, Fred of Greenville, Joseph and Charles of Dexter; five daughters, Mrs. Boyce Hunt of Burnham, Mrs. James McDonald of P. E. I., Mrs. Freeman Cobb, Mrs. Carl Cobb, and Miss Rose Worden all of this town; three sisters, Mrs. Abbie Brown of St. John, N. B., Mrs. Jane Hale and Mrs. Emma Perry of Providence, R. I.; one brother, Herbert Worden of St. John, N. B. and several grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Among the relatives and friends from out of town attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Willett Worden of North Vassalboro, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Worden of Greenville, Mr. and Mrs. Boyce Hunt of Burnham, Miss Belle Luke of Millinocket, Mr. and Mrs. Picard and son, Ronaldo, of North Vassalboro, Mrs. Arthur Fish, Mrs. Violet McCormick, Charles Tobin and Bert Tobin all of Augusta.
