Obituary	Irving Reed Funeral services for Irving Reed, 63, were held at his late home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. 0ndon Stairs officiating. The bearers were Carrol Starbird, Edwin Starbird, Charles Starbird and Irving Starbird and interment was in the McAllister cemetery in Dover-Foxcroft. Mr. Reed was born in Dexter July 2, 1876 and has always lived in this vicinity. He passed away Nov. 3. For a number of years he had been employed by the Maine Central Railroad as section hand, in the Silver's Mills district. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Jones, and Mrs. Mary Champeon of Dexter; two nieces, Mrs. Grace Junck, of Garland and Mrs. Lona Cray of Whitefield, Maine; two nephews, Pearle and George Jones of Dexter. Among those from out of town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. John Starbird, Willard Starbird of Dover-Foxcroft, Mrs. Minnie Grover, Mr. and Mrs. Orman Grover, Garland, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Starbird of Dover-Foxcroft and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sidelinger, Monson.
